Our company is looking for a Gaming Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas;
  • Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service;
  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests;
  • Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information.

Requirements:

  • High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their ability;
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays;
  • Ability to understand Canterbury’s products and service offerings as well as customer needs;
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation;
  • Full working rights;
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain);
  • Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable but not essential);
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn;
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
