Our company is looking for a Gaming Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas;
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service;
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests;
- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information.
Requirements:
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their ability;
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays;
- Ability to understand Canterbury’s products and service offerings as well as customer needs;
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask;
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional grooming and presentation;
- Full working rights;
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain);
- Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable but not essential);
- Ability to problem solve;
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn;
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
