Warehouse Leading Hand Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the daily to-be-shipped report and proactively review the upcoming needs for the remainder of the week and the following week;
- Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs;
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels to assist with audit processes, and lead audit processes;
- Ensure stock and equipment is delivered to clients within the delivery guarantee time of 48 hours;
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design plan, recommending improvements;
- General support to the Branch as required and all relevant administration duties;
- Assist customers who arrive to pick up orders, ensuring to deliver the exceptional experience;
- Maintain inventory and proactively identify the need for stock replenishment, ensuring stock is never below minimum operating levels.
