Our company is looking for a Technical Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Australian support escalations;
  • Accurately document each dealer interaction within CRM software;
  • Enter RMAs;
  • Answer inbound dealer support calls;
  • Validate and author defect reports on issues found;
  • Document creation for dealer self-help knowledgebase;
  • Visit customer residences (rare);
  • Other special projects as assigned;
  • Provide Online Chat support.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills; Verbal, Written, Phone;
  • High school VCE or equivalent qualification;
  • Distributed Audio/Video experience a preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Residential network experience a plus;
  • Professional Audio/Video install experience preferred;
  • Home Security experience a plus;
  • Ability to work in a cubical for long hours.
