Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Cloud Customer Success, APJ to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be a customer advocate – the person that a customer can call at any time for results if processes break down;
- Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through technology – enable the team with tools and systems to support and enable the function;
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion as a critical component for the success of the team;
- Define and constantly refine engagement model with partner organizations, including Sales, Professional Services and Business Unit;
- Inspire Customer Success across VMware – we are all responsible for customer success, be a champion of this message;
- Responsible for ensuring consistency in execution, consumption, revenue and retention goals for the region exceed defined targets;
- Build and optimize the team – determine the appropriate locations for resources and align and map the proper skill sets to those locations.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree required, advanced degree preferred;
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including with internal and external stakeholders at Sr. levels of management;
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed;
- Desire and ability to partner with Sr. level internal team leaders in the best interest of the customer;
- Ambitious and driven, thriving in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- A passion for success on behalf of the customer;
- 10+ years of customer success experience preferably in SaaS organization.
