Our company is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of ER/IR issues;
- Supporting leadership team with workforce planning, talent management and succession planning;
- HR reporting and trend analysis;
- Manage organisational change initiatives;
- Support with end to end investigation;
- Develop a sound understanding of the business to enable your ability to drive the P&C strategy for Lendlease Services;
- Redundancy and Redeployment coordination;
- Training to People Managers e.g. via webinar and another tools;
- Interpretation of Policies, Awards and EBA’s;
- Manage graduate rotation process within the assigned business;
- Actively support any compliance related activities as it relates to employment;
- Daily reporting through Manager Process;
- Career Job Framework Manager queries and job evaluation;
- Active data review and clean-up projects;
- Annual P&C initiatives (e.g. Performance, Talent review).
Requirements:
