Our company is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of ER/IR issues;
  • Supporting leadership team with workforce planning, talent management and succession planning;
  • HR reporting and trend analysis;
  • Manage organisational change initiatives;
  • Support with end to end investigation;
  • Develop a sound understanding of the business to enable your ability to drive the P&C strategy for Lendlease Services;
  • Redundancy and Redeployment coordination;
  • Training to People Managers e.g. via webinar and another tools;
  • Interpretation of Policies, Awards and EBA’s;
  • Manage graduate rotation process within the assigned business;
  • Actively support any compliance related activities as it relates to employment;
  • Daily reporting through Manager Process;
  • Career Job Framework Manager queries and job evaluation;
  • Active data review and clean-up projects;
  • Annual P&C initiatives (e.g. Performance, Talent review).

Requirements:
