  • Experience working on Australian Super, Leave and Tax is essential;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel;
  • Performing reconciliations on past records;

  • Take lead responsibility for award and enterprise agreement legislation;
  • Be a key point of contact with the payroll team, accounting team and operations;
  • Drive change and continuous improvement to drive efficiency across the Payroll function;

  • High level payroll analysis, including reporting, reconciliation;
  • Review potential improvements in systems and processes;
  • End to End processing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in full function Payroll processing;
  • Extensive experience within Payroll;
  • Experience working in a large organisation;
  • Problem solving;
  • End to end processing;
  • Performing reconciliations on past records;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Proven process improvement initiatives;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading significant organisational change through project management;
  • Experience working on Australian Super, Leave and Tax is essential;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel;
  • The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs.
