Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Fosters team colloboration through interactive leadership of the Strategic Industries Directors to meet group sales quotas;
- Maintains internal tools, systems, and registers;
- Builds pre-sales assets and conducts pre-sales activities to support account planning;
- Serves as the Account Executive to manage the sales cycle;
- Maintains responsibility for growing the strategic industry accounts;

- Conducts pipeline reviews on a scheduled basis;

- Proven performance in Strategic Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales quotas;
- Strong background of HRIS Consulting and Project Management skills, with a mastery in Strategic Industry domain;
