Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Fosters team colloboration through interactive leadership of the Strategic Industries Directors to meet group sales quotas;
  • Maintains internal tools, systems, and registers;
  • Builds pre-sales assets and conducts pre-sales activities to support account planning;
  • Serves as the Account Executive to manage the sales cycle;
  • Maintains responsibility for growing the strategic industry accounts;

  • Conducts pipeline reviews on a scheduled basis;

  • Experience in retail/wholesale, financial services, or utilities industries;
  • Able to assemble, lead, motivate, mentor, and retain high-performing sales and delivery teams;

  • Proven performance in Strategic Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales quotas;
  • Strong background of HRIS Consulting and Project Management skills, with a mastery in Strategic Industry domain;
