Responsibilities:
- Associated timesheet management and documentation;
- PowerPoint proficiency for formatting of documents to maximise visual impact;
- Word document formatting and proof reading;
- Support with business marketing activities including project managing website content and maintenance;
- Expense tracking and claims, and associated liaison with accountant / bookkeeper;
- Support in preparing fee proposals / submissions / corporate marketing material as required;
- Travel coordination and bookings;
- Create and issue invoices via Xero, and associated client liaison;
- Meeting coordination and diary management / prioritising tasks and meetings;
- File management.
Requirements:
- Expense tracking and claims, and associated liaison with accountant / bookkeeper;
- A high standard of professional written and verbal communication and be proficient in English as your dominant language;
- A minimum of 5 years prior experience working as an Executive / Team Assistant or similar in a professional corporate environment;
- Create and issue invoices via Xero, and associated client liaison;
- Support in preparing fee proposals / submissions / corporate marketing material as required;
- Travel coordination and bookings;
- Meeting coordination and diary management / prioritising tasks and meetings;
- File management;
- Support with business marketing activities including project managing website content and maintenance;
- Word document formatting and proof reading;
- Experience generating and issuing invoices and managing client relationships;
- Associated timesheet management and documentation;
- PowerPoint proficiency for formatting of documents to maximise visual impact;
- A background in a property or consultancy focused role is desirable but not a prerequisite;
- Experience in working in Xero (or similar) to create and issue invoices.
