Responsibilities:

  • Updating the customer database;
  • Work in a collaborative contact centre environment;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding Payroll and invoicing;
  • General administrative support.

Requirements:

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Previous customer service or data entry experience;
  • SAP experience (desirable);
  • Intermediate MS Office skills;
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device / Med Tech experience (desirable).
