Our company is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and review corporate plans, operating policies & procedures;
  • Procuring and maintaining resources efficiently and aligned to budget;
  • Working closely with the finance team to provide administrative financial support, preparation of Board reporting papers and budget preparation;
  • Representing the organisation at events, conferences and forums;
  • Promoting existing and new programs and policies and ensuring they are upheld by the organisation;
  • Preparing reports and correspondence for complex management issues that affect the organisation;
  • Providing operational support and high-level administrative support to senior management;
  • Developing and implementing operational, financial and administrative procedural guidelines for the team to use;
  • Overseeing organisational administration and reception services;
  • Management of workplace health and safety, quality and risk management systems;
  • Management of residential facility maintenance works, planning and budgeting;
  • Supporting the CEO and Executive with corporate governance duties;
  • Ensuring organisational contractual, accreditation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Highly developed report writing and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience presenting and reporting to a Board of Directors is highly desirable;
  • Extensive experience in developing organisational policies and procedures;
  • Experience in leading positive cultural change and staff development;
  • Extensive experience in a senior financial management position demonstrating organisational-wide financial compliance and performance;
  • Evidence of highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consultative skills.
