Bank Reconciliations Officer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bank Reconciliations Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with multiple office support and Managers;
- EFT & BPAY processing;
- Daily bank reconciliations, investigate and rectify variances;
- Credit card downloads, processing payments & reconciliation;
- Process company interstate payments;
- Ensuring bank account transactions are reconciled accurately in a timely manner and within company approval guidelines;
- Weekly and monthly EOM journals and cash flow reconciliations.
Requirements:
- The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously;
- ERP experience i.e. Great Plains, MS Dynamics;
- Prior experience in high volume Bank Reconciliation or General Ledger reconciliations;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
