  • Reconciliation of safes;
  • Data entry for stock control systems;
  • Reconciliation of daily takings (Cash Handling);
  • Daily banking procedures;
  • General administration duties;
  • Data entry in XERO;
  • Reporting to our Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willing to work as part of a large team;
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
  • Ability to solve complex reconciliation issues;
  • Flexible with hours;
  • Previous experience with accounting procedures. Qualifications preferred;
  • Previous cash handling skills;
  • Confident EXCEL spreadsheet skills;
  • Experience with XERO an advantage;
  • Projects a professional image at all times;
  • Payroll experience an advantage.
