- Reconciliation of daily takings (Cash Handling);
- Daily banking procedures;
- General administration duties;
- Data entry in XERO;
- Reporting to our Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willing to work as part of a large team;
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
- Ability to solve complex reconciliation issues;
- Flexible with hours;
- Previous experience with accounting procedures. Qualifications preferred;
- Previous cash handling skills;
- Confident EXCEL spreadsheet skills;
- Experience with XERO an advantage;
- Projects a professional image at all times;
- Payroll experience an advantage.
