Our company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client meetings with traders, publishers, agencies and marketers direct;

  • troubleshoot all technical issues that affect project delivery;

  • Campaign management / Ad Operations (managed campaigns whilst in activation and ensuring all delivery KPIs are being met);
  • Basic day to day training of the platform with publishers and agencies;
  • you have natural technical insight and a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Preparation and presentation of reports (monthly and ad hoc);
  • Assisting finance in Montreal with some basic process and expenses;
  • take ownership of the full technical implementation of your projects;
  • you think logically, keeping the client first in mind;
  • Efficient and effective use of technologies.

Requirements:

  • profound knowledge of HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems;
  • familiar with software programming;

  • experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems and SNMP;
  • knowledge of MySQL and Apache Cassandra is an asset;
  • strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems;
