Our company is looking for a Site Merchandising & Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product category assortments on B2C and B2B sites;
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across departments;
  • Execute the seasonal line launch process;
  • Maintain high-quality best practices in site execution and standards consistency;
  • Consultant in features/functionalities needed for S&D’s new social selling platform;
  • Create, test and execute all promotions for all countries;
  • Track Canadian French, German and French localization tasks;
  • Manage SKU set up, QA, and troubleshooting;
  • Use analytics to determine best merchandising of SKUs and sort orders, cross sell and upsell recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
  • Proficient in Excel – data comparisons, basic reporting;
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Organized with strong attention-to-detail;
  • Problem-solver, enjoys bug fixing;
  • Operational mindset– analytical, efficient, process-oriented;
  • Ability to quickly and honestly escalate issues as appropriate;
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude;
  • Passion for our mission;
  • Must be willing to quickly act on last minute changes and work flexible, odd hours when needed;
  • E-commerce retail experience preferred;
  • 3-5 years experience with highly detailed work in systems and tools, preferably with website merchandising (setting up products/skus);
  • Strong sense of judgment and decision making;
  • Self-starter, proactive;
  • Ability to recommend tools and site improvements to Product and Tech teams.
