Site Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Site Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings and packages;
- Maintaining and updating procurement and subcontract registers to facilitate management oversight of the commercial function;
- Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims;
- Utilising JDE to set up and administer subcontractor payment claims and invoices within the agreed terms of subcontracts;
- Collecting and submitting accrual information monthly to enable accurate presentation of the Cost to Date position;
- Progress claim assistance and external variations;
- Administration of the project HSE system;
- Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts;
- Assist the wider project team to become familiar with the key payment and other financial requirements of subcontracts.
Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience in a finance administration role of similar scale;
