Our company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team.


  • Provide competent leadership and ensure detailed delivery of Infrastructure and Application delivery;
  • Assess external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on improving the business processes of the existing IT operations Environment;
  • Lead the development of the operations aspect, while adhering to the broader Business strategy roadmap;
  • Show success in combining traditional and emerging methodologies (e.g. DevOps, digital);
  • Plan and co-ordinate the overall development, delivery, implantation of assigned projects;
  • Comprehensive experience IT Infrastructure, POS and Eftpos;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders (executive level);
  • Establish and maintain strong strategic stakeholder relationships with all departments and their staff;
  • Proven experience in Leading IT infrastructure and Service Delivery teams in a complex and dynamic environment;
  • 10+ Years of experience in IT, of which at least 5 years in a Leadership role;
  • Assist with assigned delivery streams to develop transition to operations plans with the transition strategy;
  • Provide support to other divisions in preparing to receive solutions;
  • Assist and support the development of a transition strategy and approach for solutions to transition to operations;
  • Provide advice and support to Delivery Stream Leaders and Project Managers on the appropriate Transition approach for each stream and project;
  • Ensure that organisational development and change management expertise is effectively integrated into the transition planning.


  • Understanding of SDLC, CI&CD and DEVOPS;
  • Experience in leading continuous innovation and improvements using Automation (RPA & RDA), Lean (focusing on eliminating waste), and DevOps etc;
  • The candidate must have proven consulting experience with both strategic and delivery focused engagements;
  • Experience as an IT Manager will be highly regarded;
  • You must have strong financial management skills and ability to manage finances for multi year contracts of significant size;
  • Achieves results and meets deadlines;
  • Be accountable for IT operations and service delivery functions managing internal teams and outsource service providers;
  • Previous experience in managing service delivery in a multi-vendor and technology landscape including diverse and distributed teams;
  • The candidate must have experience supporting transition to operations functions for a major program;
  • Project delivery experience is highly desirable;
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a baseline security clearance;
  • Demonstrated experience working in technically complex ICT environments.
