Senior Manager, Internal Communications Business Partner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with stakeholders, including senior leaders and within the internal communications team;
- Planning and delivering our key communication forums, ranging from Town Halls to internal events, installations and workshops;
- Being a leading voice in change, designing and delivering communications for cultural and change initiatives;
- Working closely with the division heads to develop their own communication strategies.
Requirements:
- An ability to build effective and constructive relationships at all levels;
- On-the-ground experience in using internal social platforms (we use Workplace), events and video as core communications channels;
- Outstanding writing and organisation skills;
- A proactive and strategic approach with a strong bias to delivery;
- A strong background in strategic communications and in supporting senior executive communications.
