  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing public policy problems;
  • A degree or post qualifications experience in a Policy or Service Delivery environment or other fields as relevant;
  • High level qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis skills;
  • Excellent teamwork and a willingness to travel within Australia;
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills including interviews, workshops, and presentations;
  • Being motivated by a strong sense of empathy with customers and care about delivering great outcomes for them;
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple and concurrent engagements with clients ensuring high quality solutions and outcomes.
