Responsibilities:
- Delivering and managing client engagements across sectors and jurisdictions;

Requirements:
- Economic modelling (eg. cost benefit analysis; cost effectiveness analysis);
- Econometric and statistical modelling techniques;
- strong communication skills;
- Proven track record in contributing to and delivering projects successfully;
- Strong report writing and presentation skills;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in analysing public policy problems;
- A degree or post qualifications experience in a Policy or Service Delivery environment or other fields as relevant;
- High level qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis skills;
- Excellent teamwork and a willingness to travel within Australia;
- Stakeholder engagement and management skills including interviews, workshops, and presentations;
- Being motivated by a strong sense of empathy with customers and care about delivering great outcomes for them;
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple and concurrent engagements with clients ensuring high quality solutions and outcomes.
