Our company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working knowledge of key client’s advertising and measurement needs;
  • The preparation and distribution of accurate monthly financial reports and group consolidations;
  • Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building new business;
  • Assist with the Tax function on any reporting queries;
  • Project work that will require analytics, commentary and presentations to the board;
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify issues, risks and implement improvement opportunities;
  • Provide final account service approval on all production, print and any other product of the Agency’s work;
  • Prepare cash flow statements and reconciliation;
  • Working with the creative team to manage the delivery (with respect to time, quality and budget) of projects through the studio;
  • Preparation of month end reporting requirements including accruals and reconciliations;
  • Create, present and implement successful campaigns to clients;
  • Trafficking projects in and out of creative and deadlines;
  • Approve/write creative briefs that are concise, actionable and create a sense of direction and creative opportunity;
  • Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts on a monthly basis;
  • Ad hoc tasks as designated by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with digital/mobile advertising measurement a must, basic knowledge of online research sampling preferred;
  • Strong skills with tools that support the sales process, such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Trello;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with data analytics & visualization tools, like Tableau and Datorama, a big plus;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment;
  • History of meeting and exceeding territory revenue goals, writing proposals & making small group presentations;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills;
  • Building and maintaining strategic accounts;
  • Refining internal processes;
  • Experience with Google Docs, Jira and Hubspot CRM (or similar products);
  • Working with our administration team to ensure proper handover of placements;
  • Reporting to the Managing Director;
  • Business development;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management or a similar Sales/Business Development role in Canberra;
  • Managing candidates post-placement.
