Sales Support/Account Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Support/Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company backend websites as well as third party industry platforms;
- Manage inbound customers via email and phone, and transition them from an enquiry, quote and then to a completed order;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain relevant customer records on our accounting system and CRM;
- Assist the sales team with sales quotes and customer information in an accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure all marketing material shared with customers is accurate and up to date;
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date and can be communicated to the customer.
