Our company is looking for a Sales Support/Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company backend websites as well as third party industry platforms;
  • Manage inbound customers via email and phone, and transition them from an enquiry, quote and then to a completed order;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintain relevant customer records on our accounting system and CRM;
  • Assist the sales team with sales quotes and customer information in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Ensure all marketing material shared with customers is accurate and up to date;
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date and can be communicated to the customer.
