Our company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Product customer quotations and process account payments;
  • Coordinate the on-site sales team bookings, travel and stock for AEG events;
  • Manage all Bunnings’ stock orders, transfers and goods receipting;
  • Produce daily sales, monthly activities and any ad-hoc reports for the team;
  • Support the national on-site sales team with general administrative duties;
  • Manage TV and Online sales bookings, liaise with clients and media agencies regarding bookings, schedule times and maintain appropriate files/records;
  • Assist with the reconciliation of invoices for the AEG van deliveries;
  • Coordinate the flow of Salesforce Leads to assist the on-site sales team members;
  • Liaise with the warehouse team on Trade orders and communicate with our external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external);
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills;
  • Passion, dedication and commitment that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic;
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or SAP is highly regarded;
  • High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask under pressure;
  • Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
