Our company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to cold call and seek new business opportunities;
  • Travelling to regional and local areas on a regular basis, managing a call cycle program;
  • Bi-annual National Sales meetings with all Bitek/Hills sales representatives and management;
  • Basic reporting with the NSW Branch Manager on products, pricing, market charges, feedback from customers relating to Bitek/Hills products;
  • Communicating with the National Sales Manager as required at regular intervals;
  • Discuss & provide product demonstrations. Experienced in trade shows and general public enquiries;
  • Understanding the Bitek/Hills Antenna products full training will be provided;
  • Liaising with customers and team members on a regular basis via face to face, phone and email communications.

Requirements:

  • Sound time management and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and networking skills;
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to observe, analyse and solve new and existing customer queries;
  • Computer literacy – Excel, CRM systems, MYOB;
  • Knowledge of Sydney hospitality industry is advantageous;
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with high degree of autonomy.
