Our company is looking for a Property Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Diligent upkeeping of the CRM system;
  • Sharing of information between franchisees and the broader property team;
  • Owning and tracking of communications and reminder emails;
  • Tracking and follow up of franchisees for correct site and design information including forms, approvals and lease expiry/lease options documents;
  • Ad hoc reporting;
  • Quality minute taking and distribution to involved parties.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of confidentiality;
  • Good oral and written communication skills and experience in drafting correspondence;
  • Previous experience working at a similar role is desirable;
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and as part of a team;
  • Lease administration;
  • Ad hoc reporting;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Quality minute taking and distribution to involved parties;
  • Document creation, control and any other ad hoc administration tasks as required;
  • Owning and tracking of communications and reminder emails;
  • Tracking and follow up of franchisees for correct site and design information including forms, approvals and lease expiry/lease options documents;
  • Assisting with the financial management and accounting;
  • Diligent upkeeping of the CRM system;
  • Sharing of information between franchisees and the broader property team;
