Our company is looking for a Property Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diligent upkeeping of the CRM system;
- Sharing of information between franchisees and the broader property team;
- Owning and tracking of communications and reminder emails;
- Tracking and follow up of franchisees for correct site and design information including forms, approvals and lease expiry/lease options documents;
- Ad hoc reporting;
- Quality minute taking and distribution to involved parties.
Requirements:
- An understanding of confidentiality;
- Good oral and written communication skills and experience in drafting correspondence;
- Previous experience working at a similar role is desirable;
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and as part of a team;
- Lease administration;
- Ad hoc reporting;
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
- Quality minute taking and distribution to involved parties;
- Document creation, control and any other ad hoc administration tasks as required;
- Owning and tracking of communications and reminder emails;
- Tracking and follow up of franchisees for correct site and design information including forms, approvals and lease expiry/lease options documents;
- Assisting with the financial management and accounting;
- Diligent upkeeping of the CRM system;
