Our company is looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily production completion to our high quality standards, within agreed productivity benchmarks;
  • Represent the product team as the Product SME on business wide projects and initiatives;
  • Manage all operational queries working closely with sales teams and dealerships to identify product training and sales enablement needs;
  • Ensuring that factory teams live by and continually improve upon our Lean manufacturing initiatives;
  • meeting all quality, GMP and safety standards;
  • You’ll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to take products from ideas to launch and beyond;
  • You’ll get to know our unique channel ecosystem inside out and inspire them to be an evangelist of our products;
  • Co-ordinate the development of new products and product enhancements with legal, underwriting, compliance, accounting and IT teams;
  • Budgeting;
  • In partnership with VFX Producer, VFX Supervisor, and CG Supervisor, assist in facilitating overall setup of Project (“Show”) pipeline and toolsets;
  • Determine how the product should scale according to market and audience needs;
  • You’ll participate in our learning culture, sharing your knowledge of product management and other skills amongst the organisation;
  • Monitor market changes and potential for impact on products;
  • Ensure effective and efficient working relationships exist between the Marketing team and Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, RA/QA,
  • Required to liaise with Clinicians, Dieticians and building relationships with KOL’s and key industry partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management with exposure to lending and/or insurance products;
  • Demonstrate a proven background in productivity improvement and the delivering of cost efficiencies;
  • Experience with an SEO-first product development strategy across multi-country domains;
  • Experience with managing mobile app development from ideation to on-going optimisation post launch;
  • You can play well with others. You can communicate (not just talk) to Devs, sales, marketing, partners, etc;
  • Proficiency in Macs/PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of UNIX. Familiarity with Google Suite is favourable;
  • Must be computer literate and have experience with Windows operating system, Word and Excel;
  • Technical capability and understanding;
  • 3+ years of being the lead in launching new products/services;
  • Solid decision making skills in the face of imperfect data;
  • 5+ years of product development and management;
  • Voice search/assistant experience is ideal;
  • Excellent communication skills are a must;
  • Media experience is a bonus, but your preternatural curiosity will serve you well in getting to speed quickly;
  • Good presentation skills.
