Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage costs to meet team budgets;
  • Implementing operational plans to meet company objectives;
  • Ensuring all IFM provider contracts are well executed and in place;
  • Stakeholder Management;
  • Ensuring efficiency of all building systems and identify efficiency based projects to improve facilities operations;
  • Coordinating site safety programs and ensure compliance with WHS policies;
  • Coordinating both reactive and scheduled maintenance for all sites;
  • Planning and managing building maintenance and operational programs;
  • Managing all vendor contracts.

Requirements:

  • Multi-site management experience;
  • Facilities Management experience;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Ability to establish and nurture stakeholder relationships;
  • Strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety.
