  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets;
  • Proven skills in content design for briefings, blogs, newsletter items and websites;
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
  • Access to an existing networks of health industry stakeholders;
  • Strong project management and organisational skills;
  • Solid marketing management experience, including preparation of short term and long term integrated strategic plans;
  • Awareness and understanding of Australian Privacy Laws and the SPAM Act;
  • Experience with budgets and financial forecasting;
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business or related discipline;
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong writing ability;
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to analyse and subsequently visualise data;
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills;
  • Extensive experience of digital marketing, including online ‘best practice’ techniques.
