Our company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build industry specific networks internally and externally, attend network events and identify new contacts, networks and relevant opportunities;
  • Leverage trend and market insights to lead Category thinking with the customer;
  • Create and execute customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental gross profit and volume;
  • Optimizing customer’s use of SAI Global products and services;
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners;
  • Design, run & analyse periodic customer success reports (spend, user, products, HD tickets) as required;
  • Align cross functionally with Marketing /Commercial/R&D and Operations to deliver optimum strategy for the customer and drive NPD to market;
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities for other products and services;
  • Act as the dedicated & nominated escalation point for operational, administration and finance users of designated accounts;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
  • Report to the Business Development manager monthly, and attend regular sales meetings;
  • ASAP start for 12 month contract with option for permanency;
  • Client requires minimum baseline security clearance;
  • Maintain accurate records through Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure a thorough understanding of a customer and their engagement;
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders with regular F2F visits to customers.

Requirements:

  • ASAP start for 12 month contract with option for permanency;
  • Client requires minimum baseline security clearance;
  • Background in project or service activities within the building service’s environment, preferably in BMS or Security;
  • 3+ years’ of relevant work experience;
  • Experience in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of customer satisfaction plans;
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s Integrated Management System (IMS);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong sales experience with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
