Junior-Mid Social Media Account Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior-Mid Social Media Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure to deliver exceptional work on time, on brief and on budget;
- Respond to all client requests in a professional and timely manner and be available to answer phone/email;
- Liaison with third party suppliers and contractors;
- Use of scheduling platforms like Hootsuite / Unum (or similar) to post daily for multiple brands (4 currently);
- Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and do so with attention to detail;
- Manual posting and reposting of Insta Stories;
- Assisting with the planning and production of stills and video shoots for our fashion, beauty & food clients;
- Analyse social media metrics and create monthly reports for clients that include recommendations based on findings;
- Create and maintain timelines;
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and brand;
- Attend meetings with the Director and team and take minutes;
- Accurately complete all timesheets on a daily basis – logging hours and reporting on hours allocated to each client to Director.
Requirements:
- Professional attitude with a good business sense;
- Some Adobe Suite knowledge and experience: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator;
- Design capabilities;
- 2 year agency experience+
- Creative thinker and enthusiastic worker;
- Contribute to the positive vibe of the agency;
- Able to take ownership over role and work independently;
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, keeping up to date with industry changes;
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work quickly and accurately;
- Team player who is proactive and displays a can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised with attention to detail;
- Efficient problem solver and ability to analyse social media metrics.
