Our company is looking for a Junior-Mid Social Media Account Manager to join our team.


  • Ensure to deliver exceptional work on time, on brief and on budget;
  • Respond to all client requests in a professional and timely manner and be available to answer phone/email;
  • Liaison with third party suppliers and contractors;
  • Use of scheduling platforms like Hootsuite / Unum (or similar) to post daily for multiple brands (4 currently);
  • Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and do so with attention to detail;
  • Manual posting and reposting of Insta Stories;
  • Assisting with the planning and production of stills and video shoots for our fashion, beauty & food clients;
  • Analyse social media metrics and create monthly reports for clients that include recommendations based on findings;
  • Create and maintain timelines;
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and brand;
  • Attend meetings with the Director and team and take minutes;
  • Accurately complete all timesheets on a daily basis – logging hours and reporting on hours allocated to each client to Director.


  • Professional attitude with a good business sense;
  • Some Adobe Suite knowledge and experience: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator;
  • Design capabilities;
  • 2 year agency experience+
  • Creative thinker and enthusiastic worker;
  • Contribute to the positive vibe of the agency;
  • Able to take ownership over role and work independently;
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, keeping up to date with industry changes;
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work quickly and accurately;
