Our company is looking for a Finance Manager | US Listed to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting to US parent;
- Preparation of the monthly financial statements;
- Manage the preparation of statutory accounts and year end audit;
- Facilitating a collaborative environment and managing a small finance team;
- Ensure a strong control and compliance (SOX) which must be met for internal control procedures;
- Prepare and be a key driver in the annual budgeting process;
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the management team including preparation of monthly management pack;
- Responsible for the preparation and lodgment of group tax returns.
