Our company is looking for a Client Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio;
  • Developing solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention,
  • Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations;
  • Attending occasional client meetings and networking events to build your own personal brand;
  • Holding a portfolio of financial lines accounts – financial institutions and SME/mid-market;
  • Assisting the Commercial team with advice regarding their clients’ insurance programs and placing their financial lines covers;
  • Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products;
  • Pro-active business development and portfolio growth;
  • Continual business development within new and existing accounts to cross-sell the full spectrum of Aon services;
  • Secure new leads for projects;
  • Record your results and touch points with customers on Salesforce at the time (or directly after) the event;
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience;
  • Take ownership of the sales targets;
  • Meeting with clients/customers to close sales opportunities and influence stakeholders;
  • Promoting new product lines to existing customer base, building relationships with new clients and establish their pricing structures.

Requirements:

  • A collaborative individual with a team focused approach;
  • Exceptional client relationship management capabilities with first-class communication and presentation skills;
  • A sound understanding of a broad range of commercial General Insurance products;
  • Experience within the insurance industry or a Degree Qualification;
  • Comfortable working in a high pressure professional environment;
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic.
