Our company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Brisbane to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with Regional Sales Manager/Sales Director to ensure all targets and KPI’s are met;
  • Respond to proposals/RfX requests;
  • Personal research for target clients;
  • Track all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities in corporate CRM tool;
  • Accurate internal administration;
  • Represent Context at industry conferences and events;
  • Entertain clients;
  • Attend prospect meetings;
  • Responding to email by close of business same day as email;
  • Follow all internal processes and procedures;
  • Internal lead handling;
  • Full sales cycle responsibility;
  • Promote Context and all services offered;
  • Attend client review meetings;
  • Represent Context at Context Events.

Requirements:

  • Effective Contract management through liaising with internal legal teams;
  • Proven tenacity and strategic approach to lead development;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Project co-ordination activities in organizing the delivery and billing of projects;
  • Self-motivated individual who is also capable of working as part of a highly successful team;
  • Degree educated, preferably in a technology related subject or a proven track record in the cyber security industry;
  • 3 years’ experience selling penetration testing, incident response services or strategic cyber consulting;
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment;
  • Must have experience within Hotels and MICE;
  • Must have experience working to KPI’s;
  • An eye for detail;
  • Proven record of pro-active sourcing and converting business;
  • Must love to SELL SELL SELL and do whatever it takes;
  • Must be confident in cold calling and having those hard conversations;
  • Must be hungry and eager – will pound the pavements if necessary.
