Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports and analysis for each initiative that allows objective assessment and an updated plan for future initiatives based on learning;
  • Add value to the existing Annual Giving and Direct Marketing program by adopting best practices from around Australia and the globe;
  • Create and execute effective processes for acquisition, renewal and upgrade of annual giving donors;
  • Improve communication and fund developments through digital channels to encourage more online giving.

Requirements:

  • experience in applying creative approaches to annual giving program;
  • high level report writing, research, presentation and time management skills;
  • exposure to and engagement in the establishment of a new team or program;
  • experience in collaborating with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external and a proven track record of success in securing donations;
  • ability to work autonomously and creatively and strong organisational skills;
  • demonstrated experience and an understanding of annual giving programs including acquisition, retention and operations.
