Our company is looking for a Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and driving process improvements;
  • Act as the main point of contact for servicing clients, resolving client issues;
  • Target ownership and KPI management to hit and exceed targets;
  • Monitor and work within the stated branch sales forecast targets;
  • Assist with month end reconciliations, journals and monitor the reliability of the general ledger;
  • Be a direct point of contact for Robejohn clients and provide the highest levels of customer service;
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify issues, risks and implement improvement opportunities;
  • Management P&L Reporting;
  • Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve quota and account goals;
  • Preparing monthly IAS and quarterly BAS;
  • Processing of Job cost allocations and reporting;
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Director – C4L, including risk and opportunity analysis;
  • Tax Compliance and review of returns including Payroll tax, BAS, IAS, IDS and Income Tax Returns;
  • Proactively drive new, high yielding business by growing your client list by selling REA Media solutions to the agency and direct advertiser market;
  • Report on KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role;
  • Sales experience a plus;
  • A self-starter with strong initiative who can work independently;
  • Having experience in accurately maintaining a CRM would be an advantage;
  • Experience of working in multiple currencies;
  • Development of new reports;
  • Preparing monthly IAS and quarterly BAS;
  • Compiling the annual budget with senior management;
  • Ability to challenge results and influence stakeholders;
  • Financial, planning & analysis experience;
  • Solid understanding of the purchasing system within Hospitals;
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset; ability to see the big picture whilst maintaining attention to detail;
  • Who has a genuine passion and curiosity for media;
  • BMD;
