Our company is looking for a Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quotations, assisting in negotiations with underwriters and preparation of reports;
  • Manage the day to day campaign plans with the internal teams including prioritising and managing timelines, deliverables and general admin;
  • Be a key point of contact for day to day business operations and campaign requirements for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the emerging digital marketing trends relevant to Client(s) and industry;
  • Liaising with other areas of WTW in support of the client;
  • Assisting in the identification of insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for clients;
  • Support across an existing book of a diverse business together with the development of new business;
  • Commitment and dedication to your role and responsibilities;
  • Contributing in weekly meetings with meaningful insights;
  • Identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the clients;
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and development new skills;
  • Provide support to Robejohn Account and Production Managers;
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that projects adhere to critical paths;
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to clients;
  • All aspects of client servicing to assist in managing and growing an existing book of a diverse range of exciting businesses.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge & understanding of data solutions, CRM and marketing would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Ability to influence and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience in managing and prioritising multiple key projects and stakeholders;
  • Who has a genuine passion and curiosity for media;
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of an integrated team;
  • With an adaptive and growth mindset;
  • Ability to navigate complex solutions & lead a cross-functional team;
  • Strong strategic sales skills and business acumen;
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, both in conversational setting and at formal presentation;
  • Use of CRM/SFA, MS Office and WebEx web conferencing software;
  • Consistent over-achiever of KPIs & sales quotas;
  • Experience engaging across executive to functional customer roles (Economic, Operational, and Technical buyers);
  • Effective solutions selling skills at all levels, from hands-on technical teams to Exec/C level;
  • Team-player:Ability to drive complex sales process with internal cross-functional teams;
  • Analytical skills: Ability to establish justification/business case for a product.
