Handyperson Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Handyperson to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying areas to maximise profit and minimise cost in relation to maintenance tasks; and;
- Assist guests with all queries and complaints, and provides accurate information to guests; about the property facilities and features;
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance to facilities, grounds maintenance and irrigation and waste management;
- Liaising with trades people to resolve maintenance issues in the most efficient and cost effective manner;
- Servicing and cleaning requirements as per the maintenance schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed at the required standard;
- General gardening and landscaping duties.
Requirements:
- National Police Clearance within 12 months;
- WA C Class Driver’s Licence;
- Previous fly-in-fly-out experience in a similar position;
- Current Police Clearance;
- Iron Ore Rio Tinto Induction.
