Handyman/Carpenter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and removal of function equipment as required, and;
- Performing daily maintenance tasks as per work requests;
- Operating plant equipment required to perform tasks;
- Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, facilities team and tradesmen in repairs and maintenance works on the School’s properties.
Requirements:
- rubbish removal, basic landscaping;
- strong base knowledge across the building trade;
- roofing repairs and leaks;
- fencing repairs and gate installation and repairs;
- plaster repairs;
- painting;
- internal and external door repairs and hanging;
- carpentry;
- floor and wall tiling and wet area sealing.
