Responsibilities:
- Facilitates a clear communication system between all members of the team & leads by example to promote a professional, compassionate approach to care;
- AHPRA registration;
- Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year aged care or relevant nursing experience;
- Supports the Unit Manager in the delivery of Resident centered care: assessment, planning, documentation and evaluation;
- ACFI documentation;
- Commitment to keeping up with current professional practice and knowledge of industry standards.
