Our company is looking for a team member – roll’d belconnen to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Check the food and drinks served to ensure product quality;
- Provide excellent service that promotes customer satisfaction;
- Take and serve food and drink orders and upsell additional products;
- Process payments and provide receipts;
- Follow all health and safety rules and regulations and adhere to food safe practices;
- Ensure all front of house areas are clean, tidy and ready for service;
- Work well within the team environment;
- Welcome all customers in a timely fashion making sure you are recommending the best products to provide them with a meal.
Requirements:
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Work efficiently in a calm and measured manner;
- Some knowledge of the hospitality/quick service restaurant industry is desirable;
- Knowledge of OH&S and Food Safety Standards;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people;
- Food Safety Handling Certificates;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Experience using Point of Sale systems;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- High-level food quality standards.
