- Able to work evenings, weekends (on a rotating roster) and public holidays;
- Housekeeping and Site Maintenance Management;
- Reception Duties & Customer experience management;
- On-call night duties;
- Supervise and maintain the garden.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good team player;
- Good industry knowledge;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- High level of professionalism is a must;
- Exceptional computer skills and be able to deal with online booking agencies;
- Motivated and Reliable;
- Attention to detail and a high expectations of cleanliness;
- Have a positive and friendly manner;
- Selling skills and the ability to negotiate effectively;
- High level of professionalism in Guest Service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
