Responsibilities:

  • Scoping new work with clients;
  • Develop estimations and quotes for video projects;
  • Manage post-production process including resources, deadlines, deliverables and client outcomes;

  • Manage ongoing client relationships including feedback and revision process;
  • Business development activities such as assisting with new proposals;

  • Manage pipeline of work including weekly, monthly and longer term planning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent people skills with experience collaborating with a diverse range of people;
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management;
  • Experience as a production manager, project manager or other role where you managed a team or pipeline of work;
  • Organised self-starter who can work under minimum supervision with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and maintain professional control;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, clients and resources to be managed at one time;
  • Strong project, planning and estimation skill set;
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills.
