Our company is looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular workplace assessments to ensure service quality;
- Identify training requirements and providing training when necessary;
- Implement and maintain an education programs in accordance with Aged Care Standards;
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation;
- Provide ongoing education to staff on WHS and quality issues;
- Meet all compliance for accreditation across the four standards for education;
- Collate and analyse data sourced through audits and surveys.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in the Aged Care industry;
- Possess a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or a willing to undertake this course;
- Current registration with NSW Nurses Registration Board;
- Current industry based experience and knowledge;
- Ability to stay up-to-date with legislative and industry changes;
- Proven experience in delivering education programs and assessments;
- Certificate IV Training and Education (Cert IV TAE40116);
- Registered Nurse/Midwife;
- Competency compliant.
