Our company is looking for a Associate Adviser to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementation of advice;
- Attend training meetings;
- Assist with file notes, strategy analysis, insurance quoting, product research and overall advice recommendations;
- Arrange and attend client appointments;
- Attend staff review meetings;
- Manage and keep client database and files up to date;
- Follow up with all clients for any additional information, specifically outstanding requirements;
- Preparing client reviews and new client packs;
- Assist with other general office administration.

- Related degree or experience in a similar role;
- Manage and keep client database and files up to date;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Client Relationship Management systems (CRMs);
- Follow up with all clients for any additional information, specifically outstanding requirements.
