Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation of advice;
  • Attend training meetings;
  • Assist with file notes, strategy analysis, insurance quoting, product research and overall advice recommendations;
  • Arrange and attend client appointments;
  • Attend staff review meetings;
  • Manage and keep client database and files up to date;
  • Follow up with all clients for any additional information, specifically outstanding requirements;
  • Preparing client reviews and new client packs;
  • Assist with other general office administration.

  • Attend staff review meetings;
  • Ability to work unsupervised;
  • Related degree or experience in a similar role;
  • Manage and keep client database and files up to date;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Client Relationship Management systems (CRMs);
  • Follow up with all clients for any additional information, specifically outstanding requirements.
