Our company is looking for a electrical supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of supervisors and subcontractors;
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders;
  • Contractor management;
  • Oversee contractors on site;
  • coordinating all electrical project work;
  • Maintaining a safe system of work ensuring standards, guidelines, systems, measures and goals are applied;
  • managing breakdown maintenance;
  • planning, organising and coordinating tradesmen to ensure work is undertaken efficiently;
  • implementing effective preventative maintenance programmes;
  • ensuring that all electrical work complies with statutory requirements and standards;
  • Effectively managing crew members including job allocation, attendance and performance;
  • Completing daily Supervisor Shift Reports;
  • Actively participating in safety meetings, behaviour observations, incident reporting and investigations; and;
  • Supervising electrical maintenance activities ensuring planned maintenance schedules are achieved;
  • Co-ordinating effective interactions between production and maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

  • Queensland Drivers Licence;
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite;
  • QLD Electrical workers licence;
  • Current ACMA registration – open cables licence with required endorsements (Preferred);
  • Sound knowledge of Government processes and procedures;
  • LVR/CPR certificate.
