Warehouse Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Expediting orders;
- Working with the warehouse manager to ensure product is getting through;
- Complete, produce & maintain reports in a timely manner;
- Conduct internal checks to ensuring adherence to the procedural requirement;
- Database management;
- Use of SAP;
- Other ad-hoc duties as required;
- Liaising with various stakeholders e.g. shipping and freight organisations;
- Prioritising order;
- Experience operating a forklift would be highly advantageous;
- Experience working in a warehouse in the manufacturing, construction or transport industries is preferred;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Flexibility with working hours and length of assignments;
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator.
Requirements:
- Problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of MS Suite;
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous;
- Priority customer service skills;
- Able to work well in a fast paced team environment, but must also have the ability to work autonomously.
