Responsibilities:
- Awareness and ability to understand NGFW rules and policies to suggest improvements/troubleshoot effectively;
- Proactively monitor Info Sec resources and performance (such as SIEM), initiating preventative and remedial actions and recommending enhancements;
- Educate and drive awareness and the importance of having a good framework/structure in place for the business;
- Develop policies, procedures and training content for clients and staff of the business.
