Ariba Support Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Ariba Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity;
- Work with the technical team (WOW IT and Ariba) to drive timely issue resolution;
- Assist with the identification and prioritisation of solution enhancements;
- Provide timely and useful responses to support requests;
- Perform technical and administrative activities required to support systems;
- Functional support (level 2), technical assistance and training to system users;
- Assist in the gathering of business requirements and use them to develop functional specifications and perform testing;
- Administration of user access, roles, data, commodity codes, GL mappings and configuration.
Requirements:
- Experience with Ariba procure to pay (essential);
- Experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform;
- Experience with procurement sourcing and contracting;
- Understanding of system level configuration.
