Our company is looking for a Ariba Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity;
  • Work with the technical team (WOW IT and Ariba) to drive timely issue resolution;
  • Assist with the identification and prioritisation of solution enhancements;
  • Provide timely and useful responses to support requests;
  • Perform technical and administrative activities required to support systems;
  • Functional support (level 2), technical assistance and training to system users;
  • Assist in the gathering of business requirements and use them to develop functional specifications and perform testing;
  • Administration of user access, roles, data, commodity codes, GL mappings and configuration.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Ariba procure to pay (essential);
  • Experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform;
  • Experience with procurement sourcing and contracting;
  • Understanding of system level configuration.
