Responsibilities:

  • Decision recommendation to Claims Team Manager (or equivalent), when above delegated authority;
  • Finalisation of claims;
  • Benefit calculation;
  • Determination of liability within delegated authority;
  • Managing the day to day operations of the team;
  • Providing line management and mentoring to a team of Case Managers;
  • Managing the workflow of a small team;
  • Overseeing a caseload of clients including those categorised as complex.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills;
  • Advanced PC skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
