- Decision recommendation to Claims Team Manager (or equivalent), when above delegated authority;
- Finalisation of claims;
- Benefit calculation;
- Determination of liability within delegated authority;
- Managing the day to day operations of the team;
- Providing line management and mentoring to a team of Case Managers;
- Managing the workflow of a small team;
- Overseeing a caseload of clients including those categorised as complex.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills;
- Advanced PC skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
