Responsibilities:
- Communicating with sales and production personnel regarding inventory, delivery times, shortfalls and substitutions;
- Have control of manufacturing inventory;
- Maintain auto-quote system;
- Stocktaking;
- Coordinate client production quotes and scheduling as require;
- Calculation of dry good required for scheduled bottling;
- Responsible for accurate and efficient procurement of all inventory items in time for production;
- Processing of purchase orders for plant and building requirements.
Requirements:

- Planning, leading and coordinating projects to execution;

- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, spreadsheets in particular;
