Our company is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with sales and production personnel regarding inventory, delivery times, shortfalls and substitutions;
  • Have control of manufacturing inventory;
  • Maintain auto-quote system;
  • Stocktaking;
  • Coordinate client production quotes and scheduling as require;
  • Calculation of dry good required for scheduled bottling;
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient procurement of all inventory items in time for production;
  • Processing of purchase orders for plant and building requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must have impeccable attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Planning, leading and coordinating projects to execution;
  • Adaptable attitude to change;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, spreadsheets in particular;
  • Able to work in a team environment, both as a team member;

  • Excellent time management;
  • Good understanding of effective customer communications principles;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
