Our company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to achieve best outcomes;
  • Undertake payroll acquittal functions;
  • Process changes to Support Worker availability and rosters;
  • Roster Support Workers in line with clients’ Support Plans;
  • Undertake on-boarding and induction of new Support Workers;
  • Provide supervision and support to Support Workers, including regular appraisals;
  • Oversee time and attendance records of Support Workers, including managing leave requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS Practice Standards; or knowledge of the Aged Care Sector and Home Care Common Standards;
  • Strong client service focus;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within tight timeframes;
  • Relevant industry qualifications in Human Services or related discipline (Cert III or IV);
  • Experience in overseeing and delivering services in the community sector.
