Service Delivery Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to achieve best outcomes;
- Undertake payroll acquittal functions;
- Process changes to Support Worker availability and rosters;
- Roster Support Workers in line with clients’ Support Plans;
- Undertake on-boarding and induction of new Support Workers;
- Provide supervision and support to Support Workers, including regular appraisals;
- Oversee time and attendance records of Support Workers, including managing leave requests.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS Practice Standards; or knowledge of the Aged Care Sector and Home Care Common Standards;
- Strong client service focus;
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within tight timeframes;
- Relevant industry qualifications in Human Services or related discipline (Cert III or IV);
- Experience in overseeing and delivering services in the community sector.
