Responsibilities:

  • Have a high level of time management and organisational skills;
  • Own reliable transport;

  • Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business;

  • Prior recruitment and/or labour hire experience minimum 3 years – essential;
  • Client requires minimum baseline security clearance;
  • ASAP start for 12 month contract with option for permanency.

  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond;
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients;
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery;
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities;
  • Client requires minimum baseline security clearance;
